If we cannot reach a solution, you may refer the matter to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) under its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/. Consumers resident in another EU country may also use the alternative dispute resolution body competent where they live.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
