Ten-seat rounds and eight-seat rounds are the same decision made twice: a 60-inch round seats eight comfortably, a 72-inch seats ten. Venues stock both, so the number that matters is the diameter you are quoted, not the event type. Four 72-inch rounds is the version of forty guests that needs the least floor, which is why this template uses it. The gap through the middle is the service aisle — plan on four to six feet of it, and five to six feet between table edges, or the plates arrive cold.
How to use it
- Open the template — four ten-seat rounds are already placed around the stage.
- Import your attendee list, or type names into the seats.
- Shift the tables to match your venue's floor plan, then export to PDF. Free exports carry a small watermark.
