Export your data (GDPR)
Download a full copy of your account data as a JSON file, any time, from your account's danger zone.
You can download a complete copy of your account data whenever you want, in a portable format you can open or hand off elsewhere.
Export your data
- Open Account from the menu.
- Select Danger Zone in the account navigation.
- Select Export data.
SeatPlanning prepares a JSON file with your account data and gives it to you to download.
What you get
The export is a JSON file, a plain text format that's easy to open, search, or pass to another tool if you ever need to move your information somewhere else. It includes your profile, charts, guest responses, and your subscription and billing records.
Exporting doesn't change anything
Requesting an export only creates a copy. It doesn't remove or change anything in your account, your charts, or your guest data. You can export as many times as you like.
