Can I undo a deleted account?

No. Deletion is permanent, so make sure it's what you want before you confirm.

What happens to my charts?

All charts you own, along with their guest lists and settings, are permanently removed as part of the deletion.

What happens to charts I collaborate on but don't own?

Deleting your account removes you as a collaborator from those charts. The chart itself stays with its owner.

Should I export my data first?

Yes. Once your account is deleted, there's no way to get your data back, so export a copy first if you might want it later.

What about my subscription?

You don't need to cancel it separately. Deleting your account cancels an active subscription immediately as part of the deletion.

Deleting your account is permanent. Before you do it, make sure you've thought through what happens to your charts and your data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your login and everything you own: every chart you created, along with its guest lists, seating layouts, and settings. If you collaborate on charts owned by someone else, deleting your account removes you as a collaborator, but those charts stay in place for their owner.

Before you delete

Since this can't be undone, it's worth a couple of minutes first. If you want a copy of your information, use Export your data to download it before you go any further.
