Delete your account

Permanently delete your SeatPlanning account from the danger zone, and understand what happens to your charts and data first.

Deleting your account is permanent. Before you do it, make sure you've thought through what happens to your charts and your data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your login and everything you own: every chart you created, along with its guest lists, seating layouts, and settings. If you collaborate on charts owned by someone else, deleting your account removes you as a collaborator, but those charts stay in place for their owner.

Before you delete

Since this can't be undone, it's worth a couple of minutes first. If you want a copy of your information, use Export your data to download it before you go any further.

Delete your account

  1. Open Account from the menu.
  2. Select Danger Zone in the account navigation.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review what gets deleted, then confirm with Yes, delete my account.

Once confirmed, your account and everything you own is permanently removed, and any active subscription is cancelled as part of the same action. There's no way to recover it afterward.
