Manage your subscription
Subscribe, switch between monthly and yearly, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or renew, all from your account's Billing page.
Your subscription lives in one place: the Billing page in your account. From there you can subscribe, change plans, switch billing cycles, cancel, or renew.
Find the Billing page
- Open Account from the menu.
- Select Billing.
This is where your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date are shown.
Subscribe to a plan
If you are on the free plan, the Billing page lists the paid plans as cards, each with its own button.
- Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle above the plans to pick a billing cycle. Yearly billing is usually offered at a discount over paying monthly, so check the pricing page for current terms.
- On the plan you want, select Subscribe.
- Complete checkout.
Your new plan applies as soon as checkout finishes.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Once you have a paid plan, each plan card's button changes to match what choosing it would do: Upgrade for a higher plan, Downgrade for a lower one (this includes moving back to the free plan).
- Select Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want.
- Review the confirmation dialog. It shows the new price and when the change takes effect.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrades take effect immediately, so any higher limits or extra features are available right away. A downgrade does not happen instantly. It is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything your current plan includes until then. If anything about your charts would no longer fit the lower plan, review What's included in your plan before the switch takes effect.
Cancel your subscription
- On the Billing page, in your current plan card, select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose a reason for cancelling.
- Select Yes, Cancel Subscription to confirm.
Canceling stops future billing. The Billing page always shows exactly when your current period ends.
Renew your subscription
If you canceled earlier and want to continue, your current plan card shows a Renew Subscription button instead. Select it to pick your subscription back up without having to sign up again or lose your account.
