Every SeatPlanning plan covers the same general categories. What changes between plans is how much of each you get and whether certain features are available at all. Here's what those categories mean in practice.
Charts
This covers how many seating charts you can have at once. Free accounts can typically keep fewer active charts than paid ones.
Seats and tables
This covers the size of the events you can plan: how many tables and seats a chart can hold. Larger weddings, galas, or conferences generally need a higher plan.
Collaborators
This covers how many people you can invite to work on a chart with you, and which roles are available. If you plan with a team or hire out coordination, check this category before you commit to a plan.
Exports
This covers PDF and spreadsheet exports of your guest list and floor plan, including whether exports include a watermark or are limited on the free plan.
QR tickets and check-in
This covers digital tickets and the door scanner for checking guests in as they arrive. It's typically reserved for higher-tier plans, since it suits ticketed or higher-attendance events.
Analytics
This covers reporting on your RSVPs, such as response rates and breakdowns by custom fields like meal choice. Deeper analytics tend to sit on higher-tier plans.
