RSVP analytics

See how guests answered each of your custom RSVP questions, such as meal totals or dietary needs, broken down with counts and percentages.

Once you have custom questions on your RSVP form, analytics turns the raw answers into something you can act on, like how many guests chose the chicken over the fish.

Where to find it

Open your chart's RSVP settings and select the Analytics tab. You need at least one custom field set up for anything to show here. If you have not added any yet, do that first from RSVP Configuration.

Reading the breakdowns

Each custom field gets its own card, and the layout depends on the field type:

  • Yes or no fields show a bar split between yes, no, and no response, with counts and percentages for each.
  • Dropdown fields list every option with its own count, percentage, and progress bar, plus a count of guests who left it blank.
  • Text fields show a response rate (how many guests filled it in) along with a sample of recent answers, so you can skim actual responses rather than just a number.

Every card also notes how many total seats and how many active respondents the percentages are based on, so the numbers stay easy to interpret even while responses are still coming in.

Jump to the matching guests

Selecting any count or percentage takes you straight to the guest list, already filtered to that exact answer. This is a fast way to go from "40 guests chose the vegetarian option" to the actual list of who they are, without setting up the filter yourself.

If analytics is locked

On plans without analytics included, the tab still shows the same layout filled with sample data, so you know what to expect. From there you can upgrade your plan, or turn on full analytics for a single chart with an Event Pass, without losing any of the responses you have already collected.
