Can I export plans for large-format printing?

Yes — high-resolution PDF exports stay sharp on large foam boards, posters, and back-of-house printouts.

Can I add my agency's branding to exports?

Your colour palette, title, and footer are configurable per export, and your logo goes on the guest-facing invitation emails and RSVP pages.

What happens to my client charts if I stop subscribing?

Nothing is deleted. Every chart you've built stays in your account and remains accessible — billing changes never touch your charts. What changes is going forward: creating new charts is capped at the free limit again, and paid features like clean exports re-lock until you resubscribe.

Where does my clients' guest data live, and who can see it?

Guest data is stored under GDPR with every subprocessor bound by a data-processing agreement, and our product analytics are EU-hosted. Only you and the collaborators you invite to a specific event can see that event's guest list. Our privacy policy lists every processor by name, and a DPA is available on request.
