Export a floor-plan PDF
Download a printable, vector version of your table layout, exactly as you arranged it on the canvas.
A floor-plan PDF gives your venue, caterer, or AV team a clean, printable map of where every table sits, without any guest information on it.
Switch to Floor plan
- Open your chart and go to Export.
- At the top, change the export type from Template to Floor plan.
The preview updates to show your table layout instead of a guest list.
Set paper size and margins
Under page setup in the sidebar, choose your paper size and margins. The preview on the right reflects your choices right away, so you can check that everything fits before you download.
Download
When the layout looks right, select Export to download the PDF.
