Design your RSVP and claim pages
Pick a template, adjust colors, fonts, and your logo, reorder or hide welcome-screen elements, rewrite the copy, and set the page language for your RSVP and claim pages.
Your RSVP page does not have to look like every other chart's. You can match it to your event with a template, your own colors and fonts, your logo, and your own wording. How much of that you can change depends on your plan, but everyone can preview it.
Open RSVP Pages
From your chart, open RSVP Pages. It's listed separately from RSVP Management, alongside your other chart settings. Use the Page selector at the top to choose which page you're working on: the RSVP page guests use to respond, or the Claim page guests use if your chart issues digital tickets. Each page has its own design, so changes to one do not affect the other.
Start from a template
The Templates card gives you a color palette and font pairing in one click. Select any template, such as Modern, Elegant, Minimal, Festive, or Classic, and your page updates instantly in the preview. From there you can keep it as is or fine-tune individual colors and fonts.
Adjust colors and fonts
If you want more control than a template gives you, set each color yourself under Colors: Primary, Page background, Card background, Heading, Body text, and Button text. Pick a font from the Sans-serif or Serif list under Font to match your event's tone. Full color and font control is available on higher-tier plans; check the pricing page for what your plan includes.
Reorder, hide, and rewrite the welcome screen
Your page opens with a Content & branding section listing the elements on the first (welcome) screen: Logo, Title, Description, Date, Location, and RSVP button. On plans with full customization, you can drag any row by its handle to change the order guests see them in, or select the eye icon to hide one you do not need, such as the description if you have nothing extra to say.
Several of these elements let you override the default wording or image:
- Logo: paste a link to your logo image and it appears at the top of the page.
- Title, Description, and RSVP button: type your own text instead of the default pulled from your event details. Leave a field empty to fall back to the default.
- Date and Location are always pulled from your event details and aren't editable here.
Add extra content
If you want to say more than the standard fields allow, such as parking instructions or a note about the dress code, select Add text block. It gets added to your element list, where you can write the content and remove it later if you no longer need it.
Set the page language
On plans with full customization, you can force every guest to see the page in one language, regardless of how they got there, using the Language option. Otherwise the page follows the language in the guest's own link.
Where to go next
- Turn on public RSVP if you have not enabled the page yet.
- What guests see when they RSVP to see how your design choices show up in the actual flow.
- Enable QR tickets and entry if you want to design a claim page for digital tickets.
