Email sending allowances
How many email invitations you can send depends on your plan. Here's what each limit message means, how to work within it, and where to check what your plan includes.
How many email invitations you can send, in total and at once, depends on your plan. Check the pricing page for what your current plan includes.
The kinds of limits you might see
- A monthly total, shared across every chart you own. Once you reach it, sends are blocked until it resets on your billing cycle or you upgrade.
- A per-send cap, which limits how many recipients you can include in a single send.
- A daily cap, especially for newer accounts, which spreads sending out over time instead of letting a brand-new account blast a huge list at once.
What the messages mean
- "Monthly invitation limit reached": you've used everything included in your plan for this period. Wait for it to reset, or upgrade for more.
- "You can send to at most [a number] recipients per send": your recipient list is larger than one send allows. Split it into smaller batches and send each one separately.
- "Daily invitation limit reached": you've hit today's cap. Try again tomorrow, or reduce how much you send at once if this happens often.
- Email invitations unavailable: your plan doesn't include the feature at all. The wizard links you to upgrade.

Work within your allowance
If you're planning to invite a large guest list, send in batches rather than all at once. Prioritize the group you need a response from soonest, such as guests you haven't heard from yet, and send to the rest afterward. Spreading a big list across a few days also keeps you comfortably under any daily cap.
