A tour of your dashboard

Your dashboard lists every seating chart you own or collaborate on, with quick stats, filters, and a button to start a new one.

Your dashboard is home base. It lists every seating chart you own or have been invited to work on, and it is the first thing you see after you sign in.

What's on a chart card

Each card is a summary of one seating chart:

  • Name and description, with a "read more" link if the description runs long.
  • Tables and seats, shown as two stat tiles. Hover either one to see how it compares to what your current plan allows.
  • Seats filled, a small progress bar showing how many seats already have a guest assigned out of the total.
  • Date and location, if you have set them, at the bottom of the card.
  • Last updated, a relative timestamp such as "2 days ago" in the corner of the cover.

Some cards carry extra badges depending on the chart:

  • A Collaborator badge in the top left if someone else owns the chart and shared it with you. Hover it to see your access level.
  • A mode badge in the bottom right showing whether the chart is set to manual, Self-Serve RSVP, or QR entry.
  • An Event Pass active badge if the chart has a pass applied, unlocking premium features and higher limits for that event.

Open a chart, or jump straight to a section

Select a card to open the chart in the editor. If you just need one part of it, use the shortcuts in the top corner of the card instead:

  1. Select the gear icon to go straight to Chart Settings.
  2. Select the message icon to open RSVP Management, if the chart is set up to show RSVP status.
  3. Select More options for a menu with quick links to every part of the chart: Chart Settings, Seats Management, RSVP Management, RSVP Pages, Invite Guests, Collaborators, Usage & Limits, and Export.

Search, sort, and filter your charts

Once you have more than a handful of charts, the toolbar above the list helps you find the one you want:

  1. Type into the search box to filter by chart name.
  2. Use Sort by to switch between Newest first and Oldest first.
  3. Select the date field to filter charts by a date range.
  4. Select Reset to clear your search, sort, and date filters and see everything again.

Start a new chart

The dashed Create New Chart card sits alongside your existing charts. Select it to open the setup wizard and start planning your event's seating arrangement. If your plan has a limit on how many charts you can create and you have reached it, selecting this card shows you what to do next instead of starting the wizard.
