I've hit my seat or table limit
Your plan sets how many tables and seats a chart can have. Here's what the limit message means and your options for getting past it.
Every plan sets a maximum number of tables and seats for a chart. When you reach it, SeatPlanning stops you from adding more and explains why, instead of letting you add seats that later cause problems.
What the limit message means
When you try to add a table or a seat past your plan's limit, you'll see a message telling you the chart has reached its current capacity. This isn't an error with your chart. It just means you've used up the room your plan allows for this chart.
Your options
- Remove or consolidate. If you have empty placeholder seats or unused tables, delete them to free up room within your current limit.
- Upgrade your plan. A higher plan raises the ceiling on every chart in your account, not just this one. Check the pricing page for what each plan includes.
- Use an Event Pass. If this is a one-time event and you don't want to change your regular subscription, an Event Pass unlocks higher limits for this single chart.
