Export your guest list to Excel
Download your guest list as a spreadsheet, with the columns you choose and your current filters applied.
Exporting to Excel gets you an editable spreadsheet of your guest list instead of a PDF, useful for sharing with a venue or importing into another tool.
Export from the Export page
- Open your chart and go to Export.
- Select Excel to switch from the PDF flow to the Excel one.
- Under Export Format, choose Separate sheets to put each table on its own worksheet, or Single sheet for one alphabetical list.
- Under Seat information, turn on the columns you want, including any custom fields you've set up (like meal choice or dietary needs).
- Select Export to download the file.
Export a filtered list from your guest list
If you only want the guests you're currently looking at, for example everyone who hasn't confirmed yet, export straight from the guest list instead of the Export page.
- Open your chart and go to Seats Management (your guest list).
- Search or filter the list the way you want it, by response status, claim status, or a custom field.
- Select Export to Excel.
The file downloads with exactly the guests currently shown, using the columns from your seat settings.
Where to go next
- Export a guest-list PDF if you'd rather have a printable document than a spreadsheet.
- Track responses and filter your guest list for more on searching and filtering guests.
- Export limits and watermarks to see what's included on your plan.
