Why this layout

At a hundred guests the room stops being a set of tables and starts being a floor plan. Eleven rounds of eight and a twelve-seat head table come to exactly a hundred — a head table that size holds the couple and ten attendants, which is what a wedding party of this size usually is. The rounds sit in rows of four so service can reach every table from two sides, the head table faces down the length of the room rather than across it, and the candy bar and gift table are near the entrance where people pass them on the way in rather than having to go looking.

How to use it

  1. Open the template — eleven rounds, head table, dance floor, candy bar and gifts, already placed.
  2. Import your RSVP list to fill all 100 seats at once.
  3. Rework groupings for family politics and plus-ones, then export to PDF. Free exports carry a small watermark.
