Add plus-ones

Some guests bring someone with them. Instead of adding that companion as a separate, unrelated guest, you can attach them to the primary guest as a plus-one.

Add a plus-one to a guest

1. Open the guest's form, either by adding a new guest or editing an existing one.
2. Scroll to the plus-one section and turn on Include a plus-one guest.
3. Fill in the plus-one's own First Name. Last name, email, and phone appear here too, matching whatever your chart requires for guests generally.
4. If your event has custom fields, like a meal choice or a song request, the plus-one gets their own set to answer. Their answers don't have to match the primary guest's.
5. Save the guest.

How plus-ones behave

A plus-one is tied to the guest who brought them. That means:

• They share the same table and the same RSVP status as the primary guest.
• In the seats sidebar, they're shown together as one card, so you always know who's paired with whom.
• When you drag the primary guest to a different table or side, the plus-one moves with them automatically. You never have to seat them separately.

Edit a plus-one's details

Open the primary guest's form again. If they already have a plus-one, you'll see the plus-one's details ready to edit in the same section.
